Hi guys, I have the holder and the screws but it didnt come with any instructions, can someone please post a how to on it?

i tried to do it but it really looks like it wont be aligned properly at all. Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

Does CA require front license plates? If not I definately would not put it on.
