Installing an Interccoler

I have a 2003 OZ Rally Lancer with a turbocharger and it does not have an intercooler. I was recommended by the previous owner to buy a stock evo intercooler because that would be all I would ever need with my current turbo. I have recently acquired one and I have a friend who has done work on Jeeps and Trucks who is confident that he can install it for me but we were wondering if someone could give us some dummy proof instructions? It would be [U]immensely[U] appreciated!

I tried searching for this topic before I posted, if I somehow missed it, please direct me to it.

Thanks

Yup, hang it in the front, and connect the piping. The stock evo piping has all sorts of brackets that hold it to the chassis, and most of our aftermarket pipe sets have no mounting, just held in by the couplers. I would replace all the worm gears with something stronger t-bolts?? Also, make sure the inside of the piping and intercooler are clean. wipe them down with a damp cloth and let it dry, but dont try to clean the inside of the IC. Just wipe out the inlet and exit holes.
