How do I get the sunroof cover out?
the headliner is out and i'm trying to take it out.

so fricken hard. i broke mine when i tried to do it. its a PITA. i would recommend just wrapping your headliner and spray painting the sunroof cover. with fabric paint/dye.

 

This problem needs a solution ....and then a sticky!

 

Bump from the dead because I need an answer to this too...

 

To do this properly you must remove sunroof assembly an diassemble sunroof guides and cables and remove sunshade. then reassemble shade and then cables and guides and reistall in car... warranty paid only 2hr to replaced. got to where i could it quicker. dont forget to tighten sunroof motor screws while you got it out cause they are notorious for coming loose causing abnormal sound and sunroof not to close all the way.
