Sure you weren't sent the 60mm version, instead?

Yea im pretty sure they are only slighlty bigger but big enough for the gauge to basically fall out

I measured the opening and its 2 1/16" wich translates to 52mm I have the AutoMeter panel in there now and its made for 52mm as well but those openings were Tight as hell.

I have the 60mm panel w/ defi gauges. While the gauges weren't loose, they would probably have come out if I stoped hard enough. I just used some double sided 3M tape on the back and taped the gauges to the panel. I haven't had any trouble since I installed them

I have the 52mm panel with AEM guages, and it was pretty tight. The AEMs also have a bracket that bolts to the back of them to hold them in place. Does your gauge(s) have the same thing?

Yea.. unfortunatly its just the gauge.. I was thinking putting a Ziptie on the gauge and pressing that against the panel..

Does your gauge have provisions for a bracket, like two threaded rods coming out of the back of it?

I used a hot glue gun to keep my gauges from popping out of my gauge panel. Works great and if I want to remove them for any reason the glue is easy to peel off.

i took black tape and wrapped it around the gauges to increase the diameter and then pushed them in. worked perfectly.

Honestly the tape trick does work, but I would use electrical tape. If they aren't 60mm pods and you don't have the brackets for the gauges, you are running out of ideas. 2 of my gauges fit in my pillar pod and one was loose. 1 wrap with electrical tape and its nice and snug now.
