Broken drivers side shift rail, can only use 3rd and 4th gear b/c of this, easily accessed and diagnosed under the hood, don't know where to start as far as parts or performance



NOTE not actual pic, my shift linkage and bushings are stock
so where can i find this part?? i can barely name it

 

Well from the looks of it someone has installed underhood bushing on this car. they could have possible bent the shifter linkage. There is also an adjustment nut on the end I believe. That could have been taken out of spec. Lastly if I remember correctly the cable sits in some sort of bracket which holds it in place.
