Oil Return Tube HTA35R

Hello.

Will the stock oil return tube that runs from the bottom of the turbo to the bottom of the engine fit a 35R?

No. The manifold will hold the turbo in a different spot/orientation. The stock steel line is just long enough and shaped to work with the stock turbo.
