iv lookd at some of the writeups,in how to's but still wondering,,if i threw i white leds in the guage cluster will it be white or still be red cuz of the way they came from the factory? or should i just do reverse glow or somethin along those lines

No matter what color bulbs you put into the VIII IX cluster the gauges will be orange, or orange/red.

Stock VIII bulbs are actually blue, stock IX bulbs are white.
