if your skillfull with some tools then its easy...all i did was rivet the orignal bracket to the bumper above the license plate... works perfect and you can see it

when you install the jdm bumper you also need to transfer all the metal bracket thats in the oem. on the license plates part with the lights are at is riveted on a metal center bracket you have to drill out the rivet so that you can remove the license plate bracket after that river it again on the center metal but position it in up side down or flip it and just bend the lights until you think that is good enought to light up your plates. thats what i did you just need to remove the license plate with the light at and be creative dont rivet it on the bumper used the center metal bracket.

This is alot easier then what it sounds to be! just take your time and DO NOT RUSH!!! measure LOTS and CUT once!

Where can I get the metal bracket? I have oem 8 bumper and the place where license lights should be is cracked out. HELP!!
