Hey Jackass, i just did my second track day without the harness because i want to set it up properly and safely. If you don't have anything that helps our situation, stfu.
The one i have bolts to the rear seatbelt anchors, but i want to exchange it for a harness bar style so that i can keep my back seat installed.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

4 Point harnesses are dangerous and I would never trust my life to one unless it was Schroth's unit. Stick with your stock 3 point until you can afford a good 5 or 6 point and have it professionally installed.
Here is more info on installing harnesses. http://www.schrothracing.com/main/Media
I repeat, do not use the harness you bought, your factory seat belt is drastically safer than a 4 point harness. If you want to be held more firm in you seat you can do this cheaply and safely with a CG Lock.

SO, to sum it all up. Either do a 5 or 6 point harness. Have it professionally installed to the standards I linked to at Schroth Racing's site. Or stick with what you have and consider a CG Lock. 4 Point harnesses are deadly.

Greetings from Australia
Sparco including a number of other manufacturers sell different harnesses for different mounting platforms. (they have different mounting hardware and different length sholder straps)
If you have one that bolts into the back seat then you have the wrong one for a harness bar as your missing the neccessary hardware to secure it to a harness bar.
I just bought 2 Schroth 6pt Harnesses and I had to specify that I was securing them to a harness bar.
Hope that helps
