Car just had a ppi intake manifold(with stock tb) cams and studs installed.

Upon start up the car has a crazy whine to it. It seems rpm dependant, and is causing me to only be able to boost to 10.9 psi max!!!!!!

The mechanic tighten and loosed the timing belt to check, retighten the tb, and the studs for the manifold.

We still dont have a definitive answer.

I did reuse the tb shaft gasket and the intake manifold gasket. I know the tb gasket is prone to leak.
**** me!!!

 

Id start with a pressure test.
