BR shifter bushings don't fit!

I have the Buschur racing shifter bushing (5 speed)

read the How to, etc, but when installing, I got one small and one big bushing, as seen in the how to, and in the BR website

But my car has both bushing of the same size, small!

my car is a evo 8 rs JDM

anybody run into this problem??

I didn't see any website listing different bushings for USDM or JDM, or different models RS, Mr etc

I'll have to take the big one to a machine shop and make it the same size as the small one, and get a new stop for it

I don't think buschur ever intended them to fit JDM cars. No idea if they use the same bushings.

Btw are you talking about underhood or shifterbase bushings?

Underhood

Just a heads up, so people that could have a JDM, know that this might not fit

I'm not trying to bad mouth buschur, but they can now put only for USDM cars on the product

I looked at other vendors bushings, and same thing, one is bigger, and no one says that it is USDM or JDM

So I was surprised when installing it, that I couldn't do it, but it is a easy job for a machine shop, and It will be the same material, just make the big one smaller, no problem there

That's because they are selling to the US market. The letters JDM stand for something...that means you need to buy from the japanese market

Most USDM parts will fit JDM cars, shifter bushings are unfortunatlely one of the few that don't. I had this exact same problem when trying to fit AMS underhood 5 spd shifter bushings.
