My ACD 3 lights come on when the car is hot and as so I'm assuming Fault Code 82 Which could mean mulitple things.

A little background about the pump and car: It makes a pretty loud whinning noise because obviously theres something not right with the pump. The pump obviously hasn't fully died because it turns on but can't build pressure therefore won't turn off I'm guessing. And the car only has 50k on it...

So my questions are:

1. How do I know if I need to bleed and refill the lines and with what kind of fluild? OR does the pump need to just be cleaned with the rebuild kit?

2. Is running the pump like this with it working extra hard and not shuting off going to burn out the pump completely and cost me $2000?

3. Could be a dumb question but since the pump isn't working anyway, can I remove the pump and still drive the car to work while I it take it out to clean it or does it not work like that?
