Synapse high boost setup
Imwas told the old style Synapse bov had to be setup a certain way for high boost. Is this true and how do I go about setting the vacuum lines up on it? There are 3 vacuum ports on it just not sure which ones to use for 40psi. Couldnt find much on it so thought I'd make a thread.
Thanks

If you have time, i'd suggest you to send it in to have Synapse to do a port-c delete. Then you only need to deal with the port A and B. I'm using the port A (the one closed to the adjustment screw) and leave port B open, and working good so far.
Feel free to call Synapse for any question or advise, they have #1 customer service there

Port c must always be connected. In order for one to use it one needs to T the line coming from the turbo to the boost controller and connect that to port c. Then try combinations of Port A and Port B until you feel that the response is to your liking. The BOV itself can take up to 100 psi easily in any correct configuration.
Also there might be an online manual available from Synapse.

This has a link to the manual. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ve...o-ix-mr-2.html Just use google with your question + evom and it leads me in a good direction almost all the time. I've used the "evo 9 specific" synchronic for about 2 years out of the box with the a teed to b port (not a single CEL) and was thinking of fiddling with it to get rid of some flutter. It seems like almost every configuration of hookups is used in this post so good luck.
