anyone use one? Advantages/disadvantages

 

Very difficult to install with the engine in the car...but I'd say it's worth doing, I've seen a balance shaft belt snap and it destroyed the entire long block

Def preventative maintenance. My balance shaft belt snapping killed my original motor. That or make sure to change your belts as the manual instructed. I purchased the car used, and the owner told me he did the 60k maintenance. Not the case, 15k miles later kaboom.
