I am glad you are getting wide body fenders cause for a cheap mod it is what it is but it looks like crap and a cheap alternative for an expensive car. come on people we own evos not hondas. you could most definitely reverse this mod at anytime if done right. that is the beauty of having aluminium fenders. you can most definitely make these tires fit with rolling and pulling it was done on a white 9 years ago. this all comes down to remembering EVO not honda lets not rice our cars out

First of all, im not trying to rice my car out, for a cheap mod I used what I had as a last resort. A lot of people complain why some of us do custom work and not buy expensive aftermarket parts. For instance I made my own COP setup from honda coils, why? Because I didnt want to drop 500 for a spoolin up setup, and it was under $100, plus it does the same exact job. Why should I drop $80 on a fender mod when I can make one under $5. Yes it is ghetto'ed and it looks like sh*t BUT it does the job!!! There are more photos in the first post

Amen. That's exactly my way of thinking.

Any more pics now that you have the wheel spacers on like you said? Thank you for posting this, by the way.

Wickednine, how many DIY's have you posted? Don't be a tool.

If you had a 235 or 245 size tire, would there still be an issue? Why such meaty tires on a 9 inch wheel? Very easy, simple quick fix for this problem though.

I'm rocking 235's on a 9.5 inch and I have no issues.

I figured as much, I just didn't want some guy looking at this thread, and thinking a fender mod was needed when a simple rubber change could be done to fix it.

does the first mod shown give you any clearance so your tires don't rub the fenders?
