Everything went well and smooth replacing my alternator until i get to the lower alternator bolt. the nut came off with ease and for some reason, the bolt does not want to slide out, i tried hammering it, bb blast it, pry on it...it does not move one bit...i feels as almost its welded on...if there is any step that i missed..please help me out and fill me in

 

after trying to chizel away at the bolt, it seem like the bolt somehow got welded on.
