Orbital lower hvac installation fitment help!

hey i am doing the lower hvac swap with a crap orbital piece. As you can see the piece i got the fitment is horrible. Is there anything i can do about this, i was thinking about using a heat gun. If you press the piece very very hard from the right side where all the gap is, the gap decreases a lot. What should i do? Also the cables for climate control do i need to extend or do anything with them? or they go on fine from the bottom ???

Wow, thats warped pretty bad. I have the same kit and it its off by a little bit. The HVAC just move down, you shouldn't have to extend anything since all your doing is moving the controls lower. Hope that helps.

You could eat the cost on that and get a new kit from http://www.edencustoms.com/#/evo-9-d...ion/4554330040.
Or get sneaky with heat. I'd certainly try melting that sucker.

O yea I don't think that's going to be repairable. One of my sales guys used to make them and sell them for a while but I don't think he still does that stuff anymore. That eden kit looks like an alright solution.
