Need help removing 2013 MR rear seat

How to remove MR touring seats
First start by grabbing the bottom cushions corners and pull until the clips release then slide it out carefully, making sure the hook/seatbelts don't get caught.
For the top half start by unbolting three bolts along the bottom with a 17mm socket/ratchet.
It should be pretty loose on the bottom half now, you can do this by yourself but it helps to have two sets of hands to get the belts out of the way.
Pull the seat up and pull on the left,middle,and right of the seat and it should slide right out.
If it's the first time everything will be extremely tight.
