I have an evo 8 and i want to know what license plate mount his using? Or where they sell them? Looks like a evo 9 mount but i just want to make sure.

But as its mounted that high on the bumper, most likely he has drilled holes behind it to mount. If your bumper is without any license plate mount holes, do you really want to start drilling in visible areas ? I would suggest just grabbing one of the cheap license plate mounts/brackets on ebay that you can use to mount/drill the bracket in areas not very visible (upper duct area).

Also maybe you can benefit from these tow hook style brackets as well. Modify/fab slightly to install in the duct area mesh as well.
