Just out of curiosity, how does posting in a forum prolong shipping times? I don't see the connection....unless of course...you're purposely not shipping out as a means of retaliation? In which if that is the case you're not a legit company.
This Customer has been talk by charlie about this problem.He was told not to post like this ever again becouse he needs to post his prob on a certain section of the forum AND by him herting our sales it hurt our shipping arrangments with him.We are Gold vendors and a well respected company in our area.I do not want to loose any more customers becouse of this guy posting like this.The Custom part took a long time as expected becouse It was our first part.
He sounds upset probably because he was the first person to order, and it seems like you're moving on with business as usual ignoring his "custom part".
You don't order a hot dog, and then wait until the whole line behind you places their orders before you get your food, the first in line needs to get what they ordered before the second. Cliff notes > give this guy his $$ back instead of a 5 month old hot dog!

In post#18 you said it would ship on Monday.........no your already changing it to tuesday?? Sounds shady to me! Why dont you give him his money back and sell it to someone else when it IS ready to ship? As far as I am concerned you are losing customers right now as this thread goes on!
