looking at the shift boot from the Evo 8/9, obviously the shape is different, round versus square. However, it still might work, but we'll need an Evo 8/9 to test fit it on first

We won't be making it smaller, but it should fit the works short shifter fine as suede is more flexible than the stock fake leather.
