i just put these headlights on my black evo
now my car looks "BLACK!!!"
100 times better looking than the stock chrome looking lights

evodave, you must be nuts.....or brilliant, i have done my headlights twice now, was unsatisfied after first attempt with flat black, much happier with them now, i also did a sweet custom tint on my tails (will have pics up on show boards soon), the process is a total *****! takes all day and is very consuming!!

more power to ya anyway! if you people are smart, and have the extra cash, pay to have them done it will be worth it!!!

headlight mod looks best on white evo in my opinion, looks sweet on any color, but i'd have to say top three:1.White, 2. Silver, 3. Red

like i said just my 2cents

yes they are just as bright because the reflectors are actually left unpainted....if you look close their are circular reflector housings around each light...high beam , fog and obviously the hid is independantly reflected inside.
