does the guage pod have the cut out for the tweeter?

BTW, what's that knob looking think on the pillar gauge pod???

 

I'm assuming the pillar is a sleeve that goes over the stock one? Or is it a full replacement?

 

Any word on that plain black fuel rail? I'd also be interested in a plain valve cover trim piece. In black of course
