Will this downpipe eliminate the catalytic converter and does it come with all the nessesary gaskets for an easy intallation?

Will this fit with no problems? I've read that people have problems with clearance issues on some DPs.

YES , YES

The downpipe shouldn't have any clearance issues! It should be a direct fitment!
