Its 95db in Cali but it also varies per state and even city sometimes. Always check your local and state laws.

It weighs 42 pounds in the box. Most large boxes weigh about 3 pounds so my guess is 39 pounds out of the box.

Well got my exhaust today, and i would have to say that was some fast shipping. The exhaust sounds awsome. A bit louder than i thought, but i just put the silencer in. It rattles a little when the silencer is in and i am trying to think of a remedy to fix it. The staff @ MVP was very helpful, and quick with my order.

I would if had a working camcorder. I busted mine when i was filming some rail slides snowboarding this last winter, and just never bought another one. It's louder than any other exhaust i have heard on any evo around here in UT with just exhaust, and i still have the stock DP and catalyst. I cant imagine when i get my AMS DP and high flow cat.
