Having the same problem right now. I figured if I attach a pump to the boost switch and get it to turn on then see at what psi it turns on. Im guessing the switch is set way too high, although it was suppose to be set at 10psi for the manufacturer. I know my wiring is correct because of you ground the 85 pin of the relay the pump fires up, so according to the directions the switch is set too high.

EDIT: I'll have pics soon, right now the trunk looks like poop. If you ran the water line outside of the car there is a space near the fuel lines where it looks another line could be placed the line that came with the kit fits perfectly and locks into place.

And another edit: I'm an idiot, when I was grounding the 85 pin I was using a different ground than I had hooked up to the kit, apperantly the ground I was using for the kit is not a good one, time to re-wire the ground and try again.

Bump still for a better walk through instructions. The install was alright but curious where people mounted the clog detector and boost sensor. How you adjust it, what people used to hodl the tank still and a better wiring diagram. My wiring seems messed up cause it only shoots out fluid when I put a ground to the boost solenoid at idle.

That's when it's supposed spray - when the boost switch reaches the set threshold and grounds the circuit. It's not supposed to spray all the time.

They are only adjustible from 4-15 psi so if even at the lowest setting you werent boosting 4psi+ they it's not going to turn on.

It seems that the boost switch is finicky, make sure you have a good ground from the switch. Then get yourself a bicycle pump and put pressure into the switch if it turns on your set to go. This is where I am still stuck and getting ready to rip it out and switch to the SMC kit.

I have also adjusted the screw all over the place I know I have boost into the line and I know I have a good ground and my wiring is correct, I gave up on this for sanitys sake for another week.
