Will buschur be selling a bushing for the lower rear mount where it connects to the subframe?

Good question!

Unless there are 2 rear mounts I think you need to reread the post cause they say they are selling front and rear...

He is talking about the small end of the rear mount in the picture above... I'm not certain, but I don't think it would be necessary. I have thought about turning a solid replacement for it though.

How does the durometer compare to the Powerflex one?
Buschur = 90 , Powerflex = 75-80

Does it come with a metal sleeve and some anti-seize?
Metal sleeve yes, not sure about the anti-seize (though syn grease works)

I'm assuming it will work for an EVO 9 cause the motor mount hasn't changed, correct?
Yes

Solid motor mounts are one of the best things you can put on a manual car (IMO). The reason for this you get so much more positive clutch engagement. You can FEEL that clutch, not the motor twisting from one side to another.

The main place I notice an improvement with solid mounts is when you are sitting in traffic and are constantly switching between accel/decel.

I sat in tom's car and he needs motor mounts, but he wont listen to me. Some of you guys who get these things should post and talk about how cool they are!

You think the durometer difference between Buschur and Powerflex (90 vs 80) will make much of a difference in performance or vibration?

What about the 1 piece vs 2 piece design?
