Yes it does, as for shipping to Germany, it's going to be pretty steep.
It would be better off finding a authorized dealer on your side to save on costs.

Is the downpipe in the G Concept Blue turboback exhaust system 70, 76mm, or 80mm? I know that the catback section is definitely 80mm, but there has been a lot of confusion over the size of the downpipe and testpipe. I've called tanabe twice and have gotten two different answers.
