Maybe it's just me, but I hadn't heard of Gruppe-S until last week and I'm always a little nervous about ordering from new places.

I know these guys aren't exactly a one stop shop for all your Evo needs, but when I ordered an ACT clutch and light flywheel from gruppe-s last week the guy told me up front the ACT is out of stock. It could have been shipped from the warehouse directly but he couldn't promise how quickly that would be processed. So I got the Exedy instead (for less money, btw). I needed the parts in two days. Everything got here exactly when I needed it.

I was very pleased with them for being up front about the ACT being out of stock. YMMV, but I have to give these guys a top notch rating for service. I'll definitely use them again when I need to.

Hey gruppe-s or mark,i sent the payment for the exedy kit on saturday,then you tell me is out of stock then you tell me you have one ACT on stock,i sent you several PM's regarding this with no answer,then i call the phone # on your sig and is disconected Can somebody there give me a concrete answer please,ASAP.

yellowgsr - We recieved your payment a few days after the first time you spoke with us about wanting to order the Exedy Clutch and Flywheel Package. We had a 3 sets in stock then, but by the time we recieved your payment days later they were sold out. That is not something that we can control if products that are in stock nd on sale sold out before you bought them. I apologize if you feel taken advantage of in any way. We then proceeded with finding you a replacement for the Exedy and recommended the ACT HD Streetdisc because there was 1 in stock and if you wanted it, we would need to know right away. By the time you sent your next reply it was already sold. Again, another case of products being in stock but selling out because we are a high volume business. Your PM's have all been responded to and I apologize for the disconnected phone, our phone company did it and we had no control over that. We are getting a bunch of Exedy Organic Clutches in early next week so you are already on top of the list for that order!! I hope that helps you out a little in clearing up in any questions you may have and again apologize for any troubles this may have caused you.
