are this matched to the hood weight, ie they dont take a gorilla to close the hood and wont slam on your face when you open it?

they match the hood weight perfectly. many satisfied customers not one said anything about it being too stiff.

I got it with my CF hood and you can pop the hood, lift it and after about a half a foot to a foot it will do the rest and open itself nicely.... It wont smash your windshield or anything like that.. LMAO...

My girlfriend can close it with one hand, so it's not hard at all to close and right to when you get around a foot from the latch, it will help you close it, so it's actually nice to have...
