I have it on the car now. Car is still on stands because I am waiting for end links for the rear sway.

I will post pics as soon as I get some heat on the manifold and drive it.

I was able to drive it and autox it this weekend.

HOLY *****. I dunno if it is the O2 or the manifold or just the combo, but DAMN. Spool up is instant and the car revs so fast.

Absolutely in love. Well worth it I think.

I'm not 100% on the torque specs for the ALS block bolts. But a copper washer would be ideal IMO because you could seal it well and apply some torque that will keep the bolt from backing out. One customer did just that. He never checked them at all and the bolt walked right out on his first drive.

So DO check and make sure they are tight at minimum.

Well got the manifold and titek o2 housing installed, just gotta TQ down everything tomorrow. Ya found another problem with these manifold besides the exhaust manifold flange being wrapped was the turbo flange was tweaked slighty to the left cause the rear bolt holes not to line up . had to do some serious muscle work to get it all lined up. but ya i'll throw some copper washers in there and some threat sealent/lock tight.

Okay got up this morning nice and rested , went out and TQ'd everything down. went for alittle joy ride and all things look good , no leaks and those to big bolts didn't unthread. I'll keep my eye on them though and once car cools i will be retqing everything to make sure nothing loosen up during the heat cycle. Manifold as u can see blued in some areas and turning a bronzy/ light browish cooler. Spool up is quicker thanks to both the titek o2 housing and sbr manifold. Exhaust note as changed due to the equal lenght runners on the manifold. car pulls like a bat out of hell in the top end and low in TQ is there , but once boost hits , hold on. A tune is def in order. pretty much maxed out bolt on's I can feel some dead spots down low , def need some help in the timing area to pull some more TQ out of everything.
