IGNITION

**Plasma Direct is chosen by Japanese customers as No.1 Ignition part,most effective,most desired part.**
A revolution in ignition technology!! The Plasma Direct is the ignition coil with a high power amplifier built in to it. The Plasma Directs produce 4 times more spark energy than stock coils and also generate an ultra fast multi spark discharge of 10 sparks up to highest RPM. The spark amperage is increased 100%, allowing the spark to reach many more molecules and therefore accelerate the ignition and combustion process. This is extremely important in forced induction applications but also improves the performance of normally aspirated engines.
The Plasma Direct will increase horsepower and torque throughout the entire rpm range. This upgrade will also reduce fuel consumption. Even the engines with a legendary smoothness will be further refined with the Plasma Direct upgrade. Our Plasma Directs are OBD II compliant and C.A.R.B. approved.
Installation is easy. Direct bolt-in to the engine, no splicing or cutting into stock wiring, simply replace the stock coils with our Plasma Direct Coils and ready to go!

HKS DLI II (Carb legal!)
The Twin Power ignition amplifier incorporates both the CDI and transistor method ignition to provide optimum spark duration and maximum voltage output, resulting in crisper throttle response and a smoother engine powerband. The CDI method, capacity discharge ignition, provides maximum voltage by transferring all stored energy in the capacitor to the ignition coil so that the ignition current can buildup quickly, thus making the Twin Power very effective in the higher revs where a normal spark would tend to diminish. This strong rapid spark prevents the high rpm ignition miss that reduces peak power. The transistorized method generates high voltage by using transistors to cut off current to the coil, thus allowing for a long energy discharge. This longer spark duration allows the Twin Power to improve lower RPM throttle response and torque. The combination of the CDI and the transistor method incorporates two distinct systems into one high performance unit, hence the designation of Twin Power. The Twin Power produces a spark output that is typically 1.5-2.5 stronger than of the stock ignition system and consumes about 35% less power input than other ignition amplifiers. Each compact and attractive Twin power unit is constructed of durable anodized aluminum and sealed to prevent corrosion from moisture. General wiring harnesses are included in each unit to aid in installation and mounting. Vehicle Specific wiring harnesses are also available for certain models to further aid in installations that require intricate integration.(CARB E.O. # D-186-22)

CAMS
Cosworth M2-M3 Cams
Cosworth has been engineering camshafts for nearly 50 years. That coupled with years of innovative multi valve cylinder head design ensures our camshaft designs are the most efficient in providing maximum usable power across the widest power band. Each cam is ground from a new billet and finished using the same procedures we use in our extreme level race engines. Cosworth camshafts are the perfect compliment to our CNC Ported Big Valve Cylinder heads. Our cams are profiled to increase boost response thereby increasing engine torque and power and are fully compatible with our CNC Ported Big Valve Cylinder Heads.

HKS CAMS EVO 8-9
HKS high performance camshafts are CAD designed to optimize torque and horsepower over the widest possible power band. Each camshaft application is offered in multiple profiles, each with their own lift & duration characteristics to suit various levels of tuning. Lower profiles offer substantial gains in power and a broad useable power band with little compromise in drivability. Higher profiles offer greater increases in power, but are tailored for the higher RPM range and racing applications.
HKS camshafts are not reground OEM units; they are machined from new billet cores which are constructed from a high nickel content iron alloy. By manufacturing all camshafts from billet cores, HKS is able to produce camshafts that equal or exceed the quality of the OEM units they are designed to replace. HKS camshafts are direct replacements and are designed to be compatible with the factory valve train components. However, due to the higher profile of HKS camshafts, HKS high performance valve springs are highly recommended, and required in certain applications.

WATER INJECTION

HFS-5 meets all criteria of a reliable and highly precise fluid delivery system:
We believe the HFS-5 is the only fluid delivery system that meets the minimum requirement for achieving full integration into your tuning programme with absolute precision, tracking the fuel delivery is the most reliable method to meter your water/methanol flow accurately under the whole engine operating range. Anything short of this means having to tailor your fuel map to compensate the irregular fluid quantity ingested into the engine.
Should you decided not to mirror the fuel flow in your future upgrade programme, the HFS-5 system can read a PWM output from a third party engine management controller so a custom water/methanol map can be created.

Radiators
Agency Power
For any vehicle, improved cooling is an issue that may be overlooked. When engine temperatures are high, the efficiency of your motor goes down. By providing better cooling capacity, you can maximize your engines performance. Increasing the radiator core dimensions and improving upon the flow design, Agency Power has developed these performance radiators kits. Whether your car is turbocharged or normally aspirated, an upgraded aluminum radiator will give you more performance on and off the track.
The all aluminum radiator features a high pressure radiator cap, aluminum construction, and mounting tabs for a direct OEM replacement. The factory fans and radiator hoses will fit with no modification. This kit is very easy to install and should only take about 1 hour. The core dimensions for this aluminum radiator are 28.25” x 17.75” x 2.36”. That is almost 25% bigger then the stock unit. In addition to having a larger cooling capacity, the aluminum radiators are much more durable then stock. The factory plastic end tanks can crack under extreme heat and pressure. Under racing conditions, your water temperatures can near boiling points. As tested under the intense Arizona heat conditions, the aluminum end tanks and larger core size help keep the temperature down by at least 15F degrees.

TURBO KITS
AGENCY POWER's *NEW* TURBO KIT
Agency Power released their first EVO turbo kit back in 2004 for the original EVO VIII. This piece was put to the test on big tracks like Willow Springs and Buttonwillow in California, as well as many others here in Arizona. We upgraded the original design which used a T3/T4 turbo to Garrett GT turbos and now, Agency Power has completely redesigned the EVO VIII and IX turbo kit. The new GT turbo kit features a redesigned high flow header with a true merged collector. Using all 321 stainless steel and precision TIG welds, the header is designed to maximize your power and improve turbo spool up. Using thick CNC machined flanges, the kit will bolt up without any modifications to the factory radiator assembly. The kit uses either a GT35R or GT30R turbo and a Tial 38mm external wastegate. The kit includes the O2 housing which connects via a band clamp to the supplied high flow 3 inch downpipe. The external wastegate dump pipe bolts to the wastegate and is routed in a safe manner.
To further improve the kit, Agency Power includes a lower intercooler pipe to fit with the factory or aftermarket intercoolers. This intercooler pipe is then finished in a textured black color. We also supply a new turbo suction pipe which features a blow off valve return port. This is also finished in a textured black color. If you are retaining your factory MAF sensor, we include our CNC machined aluminum MAF adapter and K&N high flow cone air filter. The kit then includes all necessary oil and water lines with fittings needed to connect to the factory locations. Finally, we supply Agency Power 5ply silicone couplers and all necessary clamps needed.
As tested on a stock 4G63 motor, we have seen this turbo setup produce more then 550 horsepower and on a built 2.3L or 2.4L engine in excess of 700 horsepower. Corresponding components are necessary to maximize performance. These components would include: ECU Tuning, Larger Injectors, Exhaust, Intercooler, Cams, Spark Plugs, and other related performance items.
