Regarding Pipe Kits - Complete pipe kits are $300 and IF you want a custom BOV it's the cost of the flange. Example : If you wanted a polished kit with Tial BOV it will be $328 delivered with Paypal & about 2-3 days for us to get the kit.
If you wanted a particular color like Nisei Red, then it's about a week.
FMIC's are good in stock and running $600 for the Competition FMIC. We've got about 20 in stock! Shipping will go as soon as payments have been confirmed.
