Our famous Rev3 ported intake manifolds are unlike anything else on the market today, especially for this new lower price. We are able to port the runners much further than most of our competitors and we also fully port the intake plenum. But why stop there? These Rev3 Evo intake manifolds are then cut, reshaped, and ported EVERYWHERE!! This will provide your stock manifold more airflow across the board, especially towards the top of your RPM range. Get the performance of a more expensive aftermarket intake manifold for a more affordable price.
This manifold was benchflowed before and after to ensure a quality, and more balanced flow between runners than the stock version provides. We were able to perfectly flow match runners 1 & 2 and reduce the overall flow imbalance between the best runner and worst (1 & 4 respectively) by more than 34%. This will mean the stresses will be more evenly distributed over your motor.
Our first test car was a stock turbo'd '06 Evo on an aggressive 93 pump tune. Initial testing shows an impressive +47tq and +35hp at 3800rpm and still had gains up until 6500rpm where the curve matched the stock manifold from there out due to fuel limitations. Expect more results from bigger turbos, and more revs as this manifold will help you really breathe above 7500rpm. More testing will be shown once it becomes available.
Optionally there is an advanced ceramic coating option that helps control heat soak in your manifold. The outside is coated in a thermal barrier (available in black only) that not only looks great, but actually helps pull heat out of the manifold. Not only that, but there is a thermal blocking coating that is on the flange that when combined with one of our spacers, will allow you to hold on to your manifold even after hard use at the track. A must for anyone wanting cooler intake temps and more consistent times.

Peak gains for the Rev 2 were +36tq and +27hp, and for the Rev 3 we got +47tq and +35hp. That is an additional +11tq and +8hp at peak, with gains being substantial across the rev band!
Keep in mind, these gains are only with a stock turbo, and gains will be more substantial with an upgraded turbo!
