Spark Tech PRO NonCdi COP is HERE fits Evo 4-9
Introducing the Spark Tech Pro NonCdi Cop system. Our proven NonCdi system has been on the market over 5yrs and has often been imitated but never duplicated. It has ignited many 700+whp Evo's around the globe. To date that system has ignited the Boostin Performance "Demonette" Evo to a 9.25@156. It has also supported up to 950whp on the Kings Performance Street Evo (which also ran 9.50s in the 1/4). Over the years we've had many requests for a Pro version of the NonCdi and we've finally gotten around to it. You can finally have the fit and finish that rivals our SparkTech ProCDI system.
We wanted to design a mounting plate that was functional and not just another cover. This Pro version utilizes the 4 oem mounting holes that were previously used to mount your oem plastic coil cover. Utilizing this mounting location this system can now be installed on all Evo's 4-9. Previously our regular NonCdi fitment were Evo 4-8 and a special one to suit the Evo 9 valve covers. The coils on our NEW Pro NonCdi are mounted to the underside of the billet mounting plate with all wiring hidden under the plate. Wiring is also secured to the mounting plate which prevents tugging on the actual coil connections making this more reliable. This is a Billet Aluminum piece with no time spared to make it the absolute best. The underside of the mounting plate is routed out to save as much weight as possible while maintaining rigidity (complete system weighs 3.6lbs).
Some might ask why not use Carbon Fiber? Utilizing carbon fiber with one mounting hole per coil and not being able to properly tighten the coils without crushing the carbon fiber is the main reason we have chosen to not incorporate it. Utilizing a Billet Aluminum mounting plate allows us to properly tighten and secure the coils so you don't have to constantly do so. It makes for a much stronger, more dependable and durable unit. The abbreviated Spark Tech logo(4G63 available also) is functional, as it is cut all the way through the top of the plate directly above the tops of the coils to aid in coil cooling. This design is a very clean, professional looking piece that you can proudly display on your project. Wire tuck guys/gals are going to love this system
