* NEW * English Racing Boost Activated Test Pipe Dump * NEW *

This Test Pipe includes a 60mm waste gate. They are an off brand WG that we pre-test and modify to work in this application.

We set them to start opening at 7psi and full open by 15psi. We can make the springs at desired options, but the above setting we find, works good. Stock exhaust cars will make it open sooner over aftermarket exhaust cars due to back pressure differences. 1-2 psi difference usually

It will bolt on to your stock down pipe and exhaust. Just hook up a vacuum line to it and you're good to go! With this setup you can have a quiet stock exhaust, but still be able to make power when needed.

$350 SHIPPED

We are currently prepping some for the EvoX guys - same price, just don't have any ready to go currently.

Here's a Video of the pipe at work!

This was installed on an Evolution 8 with a STOCK exhaust pushing just above 400whp

Fresh batch made - ready for shipment!

TO CLEAR SOME THINGS UP:

There's been a lot of questions, concerns, speculations, etc. So this is just to give a more clear description.

The o2 dump is only used for the wastegate gases. This test pipe dumps ALL the exhaust gases out and bypasses the muffler. It lets you run a very quiet/restrictive exhaust for the states that are very strict on modifications and/or make you run restrictors, but with this setup... it allows maximum power available once it opens.

For comparison, this setup is much like an electric cutout except its boost activated. This has nothing to do with your wastegate function. I repeat, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR o2 WASTEGATE FUNCTION.

Some of you had some questions about clearance. You can see her the down pipe sits lower than this wastegate.

Nice looking piece! I run an open dump through a stealth mod exhaust on my evo X right now... adding something similar could increase the fun factor a little more!

Have you guys done any testing to see how these hold up to salt and/or dirt? Is there any recommended service / service interval?

Haven't done any testing for salt & dirt, but it will wear/tear like any other exhaust component ... That being said, as for service, check the arm for pre-load.
