this is actually the case for most of these performance shops, they advertise heavily but if the demand suddently skyrockets they dont stock enough to keep up. i've had this same problem with Lancershop.com, even though you paid them, they will do first in, first out.. not based on who paid first...

Read this post again. I told you I checked on it, and I did. And he said he sent an ORDER for the exhaust out that day, which means he ORDERED the exhaust that day. He sends them out according to who ordered first. 2 people on EvoM were sent out there exhausts because they ordered before you. This is why I tell people to call me instead of ordering online because you have no idea about stock am I right? And I specifically remember telling you you should give me a call so we can order it, and you said you ordered it online, and how all the credit should go to be because I was such a big help. Well you ordered online, and you didnt know it was back ordered. That's the downfall of ordering online. When customers call me, I try and help them out as much as I can, I call the company to see when the products is available, if it is in stock, or how long it will take to get, and I call the customer right back, or sometimes I even do it while they are on the phone. Other people here may not do that, but I do. I have never had a complaint from a customer because I Take care of them. So Please when you direct your rude comments and complaints do not direct them towards me. And this post is for exhausts, please move all other conversations to the rating and review threads. Thank You. And if there is anything I can do CALL me, or leave me an email. I get back to my emails everyday, as fast as I can, and also my PMs, and you are one who knows this personally Witek. Misunderstanding

Gabe,I'm sorry and as I mentioned before ,I called You guys ,I left messages and I e-mailed.I didnt mean to direct all those comments towards You.You should see my e-mails from VR and You would understand why I was so upset!!!!I was told as You see in e-mail below(from Jeff) that my exhaust will be shipped to me on Monday.Then I called again.I left another message and nothing.Finally I called on Mon to find out, that exhaust was sent to somebody else.Tell me how would You feel?How I supposed to know that somebody ordered before me?This is my point.I'm really sorry that I misunderstood Your post,but if at least somebody would call me back saying,sorry bro Your exhaust is on backorder for another month,that would be fine,but besides You nobody even bothered to call me back.Sorry for this misunderstanding and I promise this topic is closed for me.Looks like You are the only one to works there.Once again I'm sorry and I didnt mean to offend You ,if You feel that way.
