Just put these in my car yesterday.. (got them christmas time).. i tell you what, it makes the whole interior of your car look brand spanking new.. Tougefactory ftw.

Just wanted to post up another update on the set of mats that TF sent me.

There was a small defect with the rubber backing on my set. It wasnt something that most people would have even noticed but here in WA it rains alot so I didnt want to run the risk of any water getting through to the floorboard.

TF had me send the mats straight to the manufacturer and delt with them to have a replacement set shipped out.

It seemed like the factory was difficult to work with, but TF was behind me the whole time and ensured I didnt have to get involved.

New set arrived yesterday and is perfect!

Thanks again TF, appreciate your help in resolving a minor issue for a nit-picky customer!
