the Evo IX in the feature picture with the ARC TI KNOB in it, the gauge cluster is black? is that an overlay? more information please!!!! i love it

thats not quite what i was looking for, i meant the tachometer an the speedometer are all black with white numbers? who makes that? is it just an overlay

As for the speedometer, that is a Ralliart Gauge Cluster. I am not sure if they still make this but I can check. The price is around 700-800.
