The logo is the color of the knob, but just that part is unpolished. Certain angles you cant even tell its there.

There's a supplied lock nut that you put on first. Its for lining up the logo straight and will also hide the rest of the threads.

The logo is barely noticeable and as for the threads, I tightened the knob down a lot so they dont show as much as the guys posted above.I chose not to use the locknut. Very heavy knob that throws itself into gear. Much better feel than my old ARC titanium one. More solid versus notchy
