I wanted to provide an update to my situation:

Today, 11/30/12, I opened a case (not a dispute) in Paypal which allows you to send a message directly to the seller through paypal. I sent a note to FlossyShop again requesting for a status and within an hour, they took care of my duplicate order (2603 & 2604) and also sent me an email with my shipping tracking number.

I'm assuming there must have been a serious backlog, but opening the case in Paypal looks like it did the trick. Thanks Flossy!

Ive been calling to flossy and they dont pick up! Messages and nothing!

 

If I should've know it was gonna be a hassle to deal with these guys I would of order a Blox from Jhpusa, flossyshop customer service sucks!!!! Messages, phone calls, emails and they dont get back to you. They just take your money and dont deal with you!

 

2 weeks and nothing! Buyer beware!!!
