are the blue ones the triple layer or just the normal ones but in blue?

check the bottom of this list http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=787 it shows the blue triple layer

It says "...2-layer, dual density, wet-type..." on your website. I am interested in a three-layer, dry type. How can I purchase the three-layer type? Thanks.
