We did less than 5% of our business in PA.

We do more than 30% of our business in Fl, SC, and GA.

The move was very logical to me, even in a very down market.

I did not have to move somewhere more expensive and move 10 people to FL to run from anything, only wanted to make a life change after living in Pa for 35 years. There is simply more opportunity here in Fl and it is where my family and employees wanted to be.

Open your mind man - there is more out there than your letting in.

Congrats on the move guys. i remember moving our business 90 miles and the PIA that was i can't imagine PA to FL. Pictures look great, and best of luck in sunny Florida. I'm sure your going to like the winters down there, but not so sure about those damn hurricanes!

We are actually out to scam everyone, don't tell anyone

If this is your buddy with a "speed shop" we overnighted the pistons on our dime? He talked to me directly... so it was hardly "hard" to get a hold of me. I actually like dealing with guys like him, he seemed like a cool dude.

Also - the "shop" that was doing the work (the reason he needed them overnighted) now is not doing the work, so I am 90% sure he is sending the block and cylinder head to us.

We will be happy to help you both out - we like machine work - !!

I bought a turbo from you guy's about 3 yrs ago for My Eclilpse and I must say It was a good experience. Welcome to Florida....

 

Most people I spoke with did not blame the salespeople, they blamed the owner. That was you, not your employees...

It was only a few months ago I was reading the long thread about your business sending people used pistons for new orders and then refusing to refund their credit cards...

What are you going to do to make us believe that YOU've changed your business philosophy as well as your location?

My buddy has your intercooler and clutch and the other day he blew a huge hole in the welds of the end tanks. He is running low boost and also the clutch springs broke on his sbr clutch.


All you have to do is learn from your mistakes.. Learn from people like buschur,stm, ams etc dont sell crap to make a buck, test, test , test again. But i believe in second chances as well, good luck hope the move and the new attitude pays off for ya..

 

if there is an issue like your buddies, have him get a hold of us. We'll always help any way that we can. The problem is that most of the time people chose to just complain about it and not being it to our attention so we can see about identifying the issue so it doesn't happen again. = )
