Mellon Racing remote and road tune!
Mellon Racing Remote Tune
If you have a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 1-10 with the stock ECU and want to get tuned, look no further. Mellon Tuning can provide you with a high quality tune that's designed specifically for your EVO to get big power and do it safely.
EVO 1-6 will need an ecu swap
EVO 7-10 are ready to go.
Our online store has been updated and there's tons of information about the process, equipment needed, prerequisites and even a video tutorial on how to log/flash your Mellon Tune.

Mellon Racing Road Tune
If you'd like to travel to the Memphis, TN area and want a road tune
* Air/Fuel and Timing customized for best horsepower and torque gains with your mods.
* 2-step set to 5500 (or customized)
* Rev limit 8021 (or customized)
* Speed limit removed (or customized)
* Boost cut removed (or customized)
* VVT (variable valve timing aka MIVEC) tuned for better spoolup and bigger top end horsepower (EVO 9 and 10's only)
* Extra Load columns added as necessary for more precise fuel and timing control at higher airflows
* Injector Latency and Scaling for upgraded injectors
A few things you need to do or know about:
1 – labor is 95.00 per hour with a one hour minimum for anything we have to do outside of tuning. So please make sure your car is ready for a tune before you come if you want to avoid extra charges.
2 – make sure you have a fresh set of the correct spark plugs installed and gapped down to .022 for pump gas or .018 for e85
3 – make sure you have a wb02 and boost gauge that we can read while tuning.
4 – make sure you zip tie all of the vacuum hoses around the engine. There are some difficult ones on the sides and behind the intake mani that most people miss.
5 – make sure you do a proper boost leak test with an air compressor to at least 15psi to find any leaks you’ve missed.
Most of these services can be performed here but we always like to give our customers the opportunity to do it themselves first. Skipping these steps will lead to a long difficult tuning session with dismal results so please take them very seriously. If there's a part or service you need us to perform, please let us know well in advance so we can be prepared and be sure to have it here when you arrive.
