Cusco ZERO 2R


The design that is seen in most JGTC and WRC competition vehicles is now offered through Cusco top of the line Zero-2R suspension kit. Featuring all the standard characteristics oc the Zero-Series lineup, the 2R offer the inverted shock piston design. Available for McPhearson strut style suspensions; the over sized shock piston is ideal to add rigidity to the suspension. Cusco patented oil circulation method offers extremely low friction surface inside the shock while retaining excellent ride quality. With the 5-way adjustable shocks, the suspension can be fine tuned for any driving condition. The kit includes upper perch, dust cover, bump stop, shock, spring, and spanner wrenches. Installation is straightforward and bolts on using normal hand tools.

Cusco ZERO2


The Zero-2 suspension kit shares all the same components as the Zero-1 kit, but adds 5 levels of dampening. For the more performance oriented consumer, the adjustable dampening allows greater tuning of the suspension. The kit includes upper perch, dust cover, bump stop, shock, spring, and spanner wrenches. Installation is straightforward and bolts on using normal hand tools.

The Zero-1 suspension kit is the first level in the Zero-Series lineup. This kit is ideal for the enthusiast that wants excellent performance without breaking the bank. Offering all the features of the Zero-Series, the kit includes upper perch, dust cover, bump stop, shock, spring, and spanner wrenches. Even though this kit does not offer adjustable dampening, upgrading to the adjustable Zero-2 shock at a later date is available. Installation is straightforward and bolts on using normal hand tools.

With all the same benefits and features as the Zero-2 coilover, the Zero-2E adds the option to electronically control the shock adjustment from inside the car. Utilizing the E-Con (sold separately P/N: 00B 60M 0), you can select what stage (of 5) you want the shock set at. With great features such as:

*be sure to always clean the threads prior to adjusting the height. Road debris and brake dust can settle on the threads causing difficulty in smooth adjustment.

5 stage adjustment for the front and rear independently. Each shock is designed specifically for the vehicle application. (one by one adjustment operation)

With the operation panel thickness being a mere 30mm, installation and location options are increased. The compact control unit can easily be hidden away and out of sight.

The E-Con uses high quality adjustment motors to control the rebound force quickly and accurately. The motor utilizes a special rubber cover to shield itself from moisture caused from the extreme humidity and temperatures found in the engine bay. Installation is a cinch with the specially designed bracket on the Zero-2E coilovers.

*Note: Please do not adjust E-Con while driving

Brightness of the operation panel can be adjusted. (also can be turned off). Confirmation sounds can be turned on or off. Will fit with Cusco strut bars.
