What's the difference in price on the Muteki Burning Blue Neon SR48 - $85.00 SHIPPED and the Muteki in the neochrome version?

My rims are 1" deep at the shallowest, and approx 13/16 diameter. What lugnuts do you recommend? I'm hoping for chrome or anodized black... 2003 OZ
