wha... wait a sec here...
so underneath the paint on our wing sidecaps, they're CARBON FIBER??
I always assumed those were cheap plastic covers.
damn, if that's the case I'm gonna run out and strip em right now

well damn. I'm blown away. why did they decide to paint just that one piece? I've always assumed it was to cut cost on the wing by using plastic. so strange

so, how did you strip it then? is there a way to take it off the car and do them separately, or did you have to do it with them on the car and mask them off, etc?

Wing looks good. I was thinking about doing the same but i didnt know if it would be too much when i got the carbon trunk. Looks good without it though. I would get rid of the turbo sticker!!

That **** looks sweet, maybe i'll try it although ive got a black car so it wont make much of a difference. Also do you have to take the wing off in order to do this?

i took the wing off and kept it toegether and sanded as one piece, its a pain and kills your fingers..but as you can see well worth it and good quality carbon fibre.
