WTF!!! $82 FOR THESE!!! Damn now it's definitely rice! If it cost $30 shipped, it's definitely not rice. Now I gotta make myself think these are rice cuz it costs just too damn much!

I bought these awhile back but i just modded mine so the inner lights around the needle wouldnt light up.

you should be able to cut the trace going to the EL panel that surrounds the needles...I can't believe i didnt think of that!...

hrm, good idea...might hafta tear mine apart and check it out..hopefully its a single trace thats going to it and not one that runs off to the rest of the lights to..

pics would be nice as well

yeah, all you have to do is get a exacto knife and cut little slits on the back where the power is flowing to the inner circle. I dont have pics of it, but i sure do like it a lot better without them. I just wish the RPMS didnt read up to 10000, thats my only problem with these gauges and the annoying buzzing from the light dim switch they give you.

I get no buzz from the switch.. maybe you should email the guy and ask him to replace it.

I get no buzzing from my switch.of course its located in the change holder under my dash..but even when i was testing it i didnt have any buzzing

MattFL look at the Apex'i EL II gauges also. They have a white/blue setup which will match nicely.
