LOL... I dunno for sure but it's common in the UK.

 

Now that I saw it in the other link...it's not real carbon...it's just a grey/black checkerboard.


How much would something like this go for? What if it were a real carbon overlay that fit over the stock piece and astray lid? I can probably make these...if it's worth it.

I have in the past quite a bit. Not so much anymore...I currently find myself "shopless". I do have a 15'x25' storage building with electricity so I may do a few more projects...but on a very limited basis.

 

I have that Ralliart C/F console cover on my EVO. To make it fit you have to conduct a triple bypass operation on your console.

 

are you happy with the way it fits afer that? it seems like is is a genuine mitsu part. thanks or the heads up.

 

I have it also, in reality what needs to be get is:

new lower part or the console, it is different from RHD to LHD
new lower console side covers
new console bracket.

 

I got it to fit but you have to cut your braces inside the console that are under the ash tray to get it on. The Us console is alittle wider also. Looks good once on.

 

I will be wrapping CF around my console...hehehe. But I hafta buy CF fabric first. Hell I'll make a CF jacket for the winter here in NY!!!!!

 

I doubt that carbon fiber weave would have good wind rejection qualities unless you added resin, which would make it hard to move around...
