Those are Le28n since they have a polished lip(atleast it looks like they do) Gold ce28n's are pretty rare since they are a special order color and take a few months to get from Volk..

Do they have a polished lip? If the answer is yes then they are le28n.. All Le(limited edition) have polished lips.. They are the same rim except for the Lip. Le28n comes in gold, while ce28n is a special order color to get it in gold.. I have gold ce28n's on the way..
